2. Intended Users

ReadyGo is designed for educators, administrators, and school staff. The public dashboard may be viewed by students and parents, but all administrative functions are limited to authorized school personnel.

3. Service Description

ReadyGo provides tools for managing school dismissal operations, including real-time bus and wave tracking, duty assignments, announcements, and analytics. The main dashboard is public and intended for display in educational settings.

4. Account Access

• Login is required for admin or analytics tools.
• Access is restricted to pre-approved email addresses with assigned roles (e.g., Staff, Admin, Super Admin).
• You are responsible for protecting your own account credentials.

5. School Responsibility

Schools are responsible for:

• Training their staff on appropriate use.
• Avoiding the entry of student names, IDs, or sensitive information.
• Ensuring announcements or free-text fields do not contain confidential student data.

ReadyGo does not take responsibility for how individual staff members use the platform.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the system.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Impersonate another user.
• Input malicious or misleading information.
• Access unauthorized areas of the application.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

This service is provided "as is" with no guarantees. There is no warranty of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability, and no guarantee against data loss. The service may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReadyGo and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from loss of data, misuse of the app by users, or inaccurate or delayed dismissal information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause, especially in the case of abuse or policy violations.
